Except not really. I still have one last thing to change.
But the last chapter is finished!
This one wasn’t too much. I figured once I got out of establishing lore, it would be simple enough. This one was fun to write. It is one of the few chapters I remember the writing process from way back when. I mapped out scenes with Lego figures. To say it out loud feels childish, but then I remember Kojima did the same thing with Metal Gear Solid.
I will do my last changes and then I will start compiling this together into a pdf. I will also plan to submit this one to be published. I need to work on new cover art and some other formatting matters. But I am glad to have gotten this done.
Next up is to finish what will be the third book’s last chapter. I have found it to be thrilling. I keep finding things to add. But it is time to start compiling it together and submitting myself to the brutality of editing it.
Hopefully it will be full of surprises.
That leaves what will be book 2. I will take a small break to get some other side chapters done and then get to work on it. I don’t foresee much work to be done on it. They are just long chapters. I have grown to hate how long winded I was in the past. Things will change.
